1. Health and Safety
From outdoor activities and small group tours, to our tailor-made TUI Collection excursions, we make sure all our experiences meet the highest standards of safety. As part of our already rigorous checks, we’re continuing to work closely with our suppliers to ensure PPE and hygiene measures are in line with local regulations and government guidelines. As always, we do the hard work for you, so you can enjoy our experiences with confidence.
At TUI, we can’t wait to take you on your next adventure. While you’re away, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to experiences in and around your destination. Given the ongoing Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation, we’ve put extra measures in place to keep you safe. Here’s what to expect…
2. Good to Know
You can expect increased cleaning of our coaches, small group sizes where possible, and hand sanitiser available in many of our excursion venues. However, we recommend you have some of your own santiser, too. Make sure you bring a facemask with you, as you might need to wear it on your transfer and in other enclosed spaces. We also kindly ask that all our guests respect one another and practice safe social distancing.
3. Cancellation policy
All TUI excursions are covered by our best Value Guarantee. This means you can be sure that you won’t find the same great value experience at a lower price anywhere else. If you do, we’ll refund you the difference. Should you need to make a claim, fill in the form and send it to our Customer Service team.
We understand things are a little uncertain right now. That’s why we give you the freedom to be flexible with your booking. If your plans change, you can cancel most of our experiences up to 24-hours before and receive a full refund.
